On March 21st, Geek Sessions is launching the 2nd edition of GeekSessions Conf in IPDJ Faro, a one-day technology conference bringing the community together through talks, workshops, and networking moments.
This year's programme will cover emerging topics in AI and machine learning, tourism tech and analytics, Ethics in Tech and importance of Communities, productivity tools, sales in tech startups, and more.
In addition to the conference, Geek Sessions is launching the Community Map: an exhibition room at IPDJ that will run for 3 weeks, with the inauguration on March 13th. The space will map communities in our ecosystem and showcase a small curated set of informal projects — tech, art, games, movements, events, innovative work for impact — reflecting what active participants are doing in the Algarve region. The organization is currently structuring partnerships and looking for companies interested in joining the event as sponsors or strategic partners, contributing to the programme, activities, or engagement with the regional tech community.
