Elevate your business!
THE DISTRICT is the leading international professional event where property deals are accelerated, new opportunities are discovered and businesses are elevated. It is here where you can speed your transactions up and interact with international decision-makers.
This is a space where the global capital ecosystem is brought together to understand the yields of each asset class, the current economic cycle, the timing of different asset classes (traditional and alternative), the risk and return profile of core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic investments, and where to discover the trends of the different real estate markets.
At THE DISTRICT you also find a Hospitality Area where to move your office to organize one-to-one meetings with investors and buyers looking for projects to invest or disinvest.
